I suspect it will be much more than "normal". Here in Michigan I have seen mesotrione carryover in what would have been much closer to normal than this year. It willalso depend on the sensitivity of the crop planted into it. ie - soybeans are extremely sensitive to the HPPD's (Callisto, Balance, etc)
All products require moisture for hydrolysis and microbial activity - the two primary methods of chemical breakdown in the soil. pH will also has an effect - primarily on SU's.
Its good to be concerned about it now - you still have time to determine if there is carryover.
