East central Iowa | I use my old 530 get along just fine, use alittle more twine will help, I'm going to use plastic twine to hold full size bales together longer this fall for feed. Love the 4ft. bales for bedding sheep last 2 weeks and easier to load and haul out. Just make sure you have some extra pickup teeth and don't run pickup too low will help alot. Just dump straight out of combine without spreader and fallow combine passes 5 to 6 mph works very good. I bale only were I'm going to haul manure back on. Using 4-leg fert. proccesors to improve stalks. Win,Win.
