If you have problems with wheel tracks use a draghose. No tracks to speak of. And if you use the right kind of applicator, the manure is dropped at the roots, not covering the leafs. Apllying in the cool part of the day helps avoiding eventual burn.
Agitated manure is better, otherwise you have a lot of nutrient fluctuations .
