What livestock producers dont get DCP payments? I have livestock and grain farm, still get DCP. That will pay for the hay I now have to purchase because pastures are burning up, oh wait I guess Im gonna have to figure out how to pay my crop insurance payment now that I have used the DCP to buy hay.
