You are right Damon. Just got off the phone with a Seargent rep from Geneva NE, he did say though that it wouldn't surprise him that something on that order wouldn't happen, i'm looking to drill a second well to help out on a pivot and told me to get up to the NRD office in York and get a well permit filled out. No moretorium at the present time.
