Yes a rain would even preserve corn yield- what is left of it. So far we will harvest every field planted, a few more weeks of no rain and that could change. Unless its dead any plant would be helped by water now. I won't give up on beans until mid August as long as they are still alive. Mine are still flowering and holding pods yet. Will be spraying spider mites tomorrow if it isn't raining-lol can always hope!
