Chebanse, IL.....

Not trying to hijack or out-do anyone...but 400+ acres in 1 chunk sold about 1 yr ago now across the road from one of our farms about 1 mi from where I'm sitting.

It brought $9200/acre. It has drainage issues. Certainly not in housing growth or industrial area either, at least not for quite some time to come yet.
