I changed a dryer on an older International Eagle, it's inside the frame rails under the sleeper. Found it easy mechanically, very difficult because of fighting the driveshaft and lack of clearance for myself under the truck. Just have to be a stubborn cuss is all. Other than that air leaks aren't hard to deal with.
