99,000 should roughly be a 10% decrease allowance for test weight (51#)
103,500 -15%
108,000 -20%
all guessin at the best
Different year than last by a long shot...but after the flash drought last year I started using 103
000 for a moderate factor.It seemed to get me within a 10%
