Eastern Iowa | Kagen- I agree that around here another 3-4" would have given us a tremendous yield. Just a few miles north of where I live they got an extra 3" from isolated storms and are on track for very normal yields. Probably the biggest crop we ever started but the heat and dry has whithered it down to one of the poorest very quickly here. Good rains could still preserve a lot of yield if it comes soon. Going to be tremendous variability here and continued dry heat will make the zero spots much bigger | |
