Log or burn, and graze 600 million acres of fed dirt ie blm/forest service in the West. Old growth forests, overgrown, Old stuff. Main weather pattern in the usa moves West to East. old growth is wicking every bit of h2o out now thus no real evap makes it past/over the Continental Divide.
