Corn futures rallied into the close, once again nearing but not directly testing the all time high at $7.99 ¾. A Reuters poll showed that selected analysts believe U.S. corn yields are at 137.2 bpa (average estimate) which projects a crop size of 12.077 billion bushels. Other national average yield estimates are down in the low 130’s.
