Another idea I saw in use at the drag strip during Gatornationals, was to pressurize the spray solution tank with a high pressure CO2 tank and regulator. No electric needed. I have no idea how many gallons you could push with "X" amount of gas. I think it takes a little over a pound of CO2 to empty a full beer keg.
