Maps are averages of areas. We haven't had rain since Father's day. I am going out on a limb and saying that 0 inches of rain in 28 days is not normal and shouldn't classify me in the white area stating that we are "average". Someone to the north of me got rain and someone to the south got rain but the whole area is "average". Oh well.
