Maybe the guy from greensburg will rent the whole county next year Tim.
Maybe, they sure are getting the landlord's attention. 1 day we will loose land to them but that is all part of it. Just this last year I had a guy I know very well that rented is farm to them. At first I questioned why I didn't know until after the fact then the landowner told me what they paid him. There was no way I would have paid that much. IMO they paid well over 'high market' for this area. It didn't make sense to me but it wasn't my money? |
