Any monetary compensation from your sprayer would have to take into consideration the decline in APH and it's effect in subsequent crop years - especially if you run into a claim situation while that "0" is still included in the average. I would talk to my insurance agent and get direction from him before you do anything "illegal" such as falsifying insurance documents and entering into insurance fraud. My guess is any person that would sell you beans to substitute for actual production would be "aiding and abbetting" insurance fraud and would also be breaking the law. | |
