SWOH | I had to do that once, I wrote down $10/hr because that's what I made at my previous job and at the job interview they said they couldn't do any better than $9/hr. I pretty much expected they would go a dollar or two lower. You kinda hate to go too high cause then they'll find somebody cheaper but you hate to go too low cause then they'll probably knock a few dollars off of that. Does she know anybody else that works or worked there so she can get an idea of what normal starting pay is? | |
