| Fraud. No gray area on this one. If the field didn't produce the grain it can't be used in the ACTUAL PRODUCTION history.
We had a similar situation but it involved fertilizer misapplication. You'll have to come to an agreement with the adjuster regarding what it would have produced. The adjuster will tell you the price per bushel he will pay you. We were able to increase that based on our actual sales. No accomadation for APH reductions. Been here and done this. Case law from Kansas many years ago is what they will hang their hat on.
