| We have a very select few customers that are know to tip their service man on every trip and are very nice to them. Guess what???? When the name comes up after hours; any of the service guys would be more than happy to go give them a visit!! (for a small job 10 bucks max, for a huge job 50 bucks max in my opinion)
That is not quite the case with customers that are jerks and treat the techs like garbage. | |
