To get the the problem as you explained I would not be suprised if you are only actually using one of the loops. If I understand you correctly you have one pipe running out from the house that it tees into the four loops then returns to the house, another tee, as one pipe. It seems very possible that as you say the fluid could be taking the path of least resitence ( one loop) then returning to the house. Seems like a very, very poor setup.

If this is the case I think you would have to run three more pipes from the house ( to the tees)to make four complete loops.

I do not have a geo system but I'm using common sense in my response. My inlaws install geo systems, I could ask them. But I think I know the answer.
