Yeah, those water lines are a booger. Somebody tightened them somehow. If nothing else, cut them with a pair of dikes and put new ones on. Cut the hoses and replace them when you are done, etc. The fuel lines on those tractors are hard to get to. The 7120 without the intercooler is a breeze.
