Manitoba | Just do them all, long way in and they all will fail anyway. Been there done that many many times. As far as special tool to remove yes there is one that makes life a lot easier, but it's not absolutely essential. I've done it without when our tool broke. Make absolutely sure to drain the coolant before removing injectors; if a cup pulls with the injector it will fill your cylinder with coolant.
