I forgot to say most of my corn is chopped for silage and earlage so i dont care if it dries down for the combine.
Then how do you know if it made 236? or 200?
I would rather have the early planted corn pollinating during the heat, than to have corn that is 2 weeks from tassel, pollinating/developing ears in who know what kind of conditions. The corn that is polinating now will be developing corn kernels during the "cool" times that are supposed to be coming next week, rain or no rain.
