I can answer some of your questions. However, we are in a dynamic situation right now and it is impossible to predict when more shutdowns occur.

Plants do not get any markup for mandated gallons. They never did. The blender did, but that is expired.

DDG is the 'minor' part of the revenue, with ethanol being the most important piece.

Currently we are importing from Brazil. Sugar ethanol is an 'advanced' biofuel. Our gov pays 78 cents a gallon for the stuff...
