Western Illinois | You are incorrect about the 99 year easement. It normally is perpetual, so it will never come out of WRP unless USDA decides sometime to let them buy it out which I cant see them doing.
Also the only ground that is eligible for the program is farm ground that is in the 100 year flood plain. Ground that has not been farmed can be put it but it has to be primarily farm ground.
