It did a good job of mixing, but it took alot longer to do. Our ration has 9 different ingredient, one of which is ground cornstalks at 11% of the ration. 3 differnt ddgs,corn silage, high moisture ground corn, soy hull pellets, and burnt soybeans. We have to run our case-ih 7120 at 2000 rpms to keep it mixing fast enough and with our roto-mix reel we run 7120 at 1350 rpms. 2nd. thing i noticed was it unloaded into our fenceline bunks slow and you had to drive just right not to spill feed. Still doing research on these differnt vertical mixers.
