Guymon, OK | Our 672 was a fantastic cart. It was beginning to get some cracks around the auger hinges when we got rid of it, but it had moved a heck of a lot of grain in 14 years with almost no downtime. I highly recommend one, as long as it hadn't been abused. That being said, I don't if I'd feel comfortable pulling one with a 4430. We used the 4955 most of the time, but on the rare occasion we used the 4650 (MFWD) I could really feel the difference in horsepower. I would think that if the cart was loaded it would really push a smaller tractor around. The hitch might have to be chained to the 3-point to keep some of the load off the drawbar, too. I might feel better if it wasn't loaded completely and I didn't have to chase a combine through the field in road gear. | |
