When you have the pan off make sure it's not cracked, inspect with a microscope lol
We thought too was leaking and pulled pan and steam cleaned it and replaced gasket only to figure out pan had a tiny crack right under the mounting rail by dipstick. Luckily a little Jb weld fixed it.
Sure not a very fun job. Lots of cushion on the walkers and someone size of mini me helps. Good luck
