South Western Ontario, Canada | I would suggest getting some gauges installed in that truck. Fuel, boost and Pryo as a minimum! If you can, run it to cat and get them to check out fuel pressure and engine codes. Check for any leaks in the air lines, Than rip out the air to air and get it checked and cleaned.
I haven't had the pleasure of driving one of them engines but I know my 3406E loves heavier loads. 80 to 100 it doesn't pull very nice. 150 000# and she pulls like a freight train. (I know they aren't even close to the same but had to add it)
