walked my refuge yesterday. Several counts show 22% of plants have an active corn borer in the whirl. Another 5% have shot holes but I couldn't find a borer. Outside of the pivot circle I could only find one plant with shot holes <1%. They have good vision and go to the lush green stuff.
Anyone seeing corn borers?
