West-Central WI | I'm new on here so bare with me but I'm also in west central WI and a small portion of my corn is showing signs of corn borer. I had some problems in the same area last year. The corn is definitely stunted back and fighting through it. Last year it looked the same way and came up really uneven but still ended up yielding well which was a surprise. From what I have seen and heard, the insects in our area this year are worse than most years. The mild winter I think is catching up with insect problems and making it worse.
