Had good luck no-till on a sand ridge the last couple of years. This year no-tilled soys into wheat stubble. We disced the stubble up black around a tree pile before we burned it, about 250' into the field. No till beans are 4" to 6" shorter, but have moisture closer to the surface than what was tilled up. Makes me wonder how it will turn out come harvest.
