West Tennessee | We've got 2 3176 Cats and I get complaints a LOT about lack of power. Of course we're pulling big loads up some hills with them too. As has already been mention, one thing that robs those motors really quickly is loss of boost pressure. The charge air cooler in front of the radiator can be a sure source of leaks. One of our trucks came back to life when we found a bad spot in that and replaced it. | |
