Fort Dodge | You can not own farm ground in Russia directly there are many other ways to be involved to secure the land but typically it sells for around $600.00 per hectare in the East and then legal fees on that so we have our figures at around $850 per hectare. The group my brother and I own are making agreements with the government at a pace where we can the land into production every year. We are increasing land at about 2000 hectares a year. One of our decisions to state farming in different countries was the cost of quality ground in the midwest.
