If you follow the label, it won't affect milling. They do not recommend using it for seed, but if you follow the label and don't get early, it won't affect germination either.

So you aren't really killing off the wheat with the Roundup. It's not a dessicant. You spray and after a week you wonder if it's doing anything, then the next few days it really changes.

Canada used to have Roundup fast forward which had just a little bit of Liberty in it, that made a big difference but they priced themselves out of the market at that time and the company really hasn't been supporting preharvest use of Liberty anymore.
