If needed you could buy a nearby slot at a premium and still get it to the southeast cheaper than US corn to the same area.
but reality is that we are just not going to get exports and they will be sourced from Brazil
and this will continue into our N/C harvest IMHO
exports expectations for 12-13 are heading for pipe dream area I stated about three months ago that exports were to high for this year and would have to come down for next year and everybody laughed and told me I did not know how to figure exports and that reality was we were well ahead of the pace needed for this year and we would be the only shop open for next year.
