I dont care one bit about you being a contrarion. Actually contrarions are usually a good thing in markets, people seem to forget that it takes a buyer and a seller in a market. I do think however you could have limited your opinion to one post. We don't need two posts within 2 minutes telling us how awesome your corn is and how everything is fine. What I'm hearing is Illinois is breaking records for heat. Warmest June in Illinois history. I can guarantee you most of Kansas is going to be Way above average if forecast holds we will have seen 3 106 degree days by June 24 in our area. That's unheard of. I'm not doom and gloom here yet. Have some corn that could still yield like crazy but after this week I think the fat lady could be warming up on the corn crop.
