Blvd d'Espair Bowhill, Sth Aust
Certainly ..lots of heartache from widespread flooding in large parts of Oz in the last couple of seasons.

But that is highly unlikely in my area. Although I guess anything is possible.

Total annual rainfall on my farm has only JUST made 20 inches only ever once..and that was in 2011.
My rainfall records go back almost 90 years, and all other years are less than 20 inches, to give an annual average of a snick over 11 inches .

"too wet to be in the field" really doesnt exist in my reality. Part of that is a naturally low rainfall, but sandy soil with low or no clay content also helps.
Of course rain at harvest can do , and has done, a great deal of damage at times.

Doubt it compares to what the people in the area where ChristianH is are facing tho....
