Dave.....Renting from the church has a big advantage. For one thing you have a good chance of coming out whole on the operation, but if you don't Your rent money has gone to a cause you probably want to support anyway. How many donate several thousand and get nothing back? I looks like a win win deal to me for the guy that wants to support his church.
