McLeod County, MN
cmon guys, all that plowed up pasture, fencelines, crp and gravel pits that went into the 96 million acres is easily going to average 200+.

I could see 166 on 96 million acres IF.... and ONLY IF..... suburban america wasnt sitting on some of the best ground this country ever farmed.

We keep getting shoved onto the more and more marginal land and trying to grow better and better crops, and it is not working the best.

Just in my area the crap that I am seeing guys try to farm is laughable. If that is what is going on all over the country and that is where the big acreage boost came from we werent going to see 166 with rain.
