Take the front wheels off and get two pieces of good perfectly straight pieces of steel, 6 to 8 feet long. You may need to remove a couple wheel studs, and clamp the center of each piece of steel to the flat surface of the hub face. If there is little to no wear in the moving parts, I like to set the wheels at zero toe. Too much toe in will cause bad swaying side to side. With the long steel bars you can align accurately and find the center and align the tongue.
