SW Ontario | Pilgrim, funny you mentioned that. we split our planter with an equivalent day Pioneer and the 56-33 and the Pioneer was flawless. Basically shut the door on mechanical and field readiness issues. You can pick it out down to the row which variety is which.We have an excellent Dekalb agronomist in our area however and was willing to work with us to figure out the issue. We also have had 52-62 the last 3 years and it has been excellent, no issues there. Just seems like this one variety in particular is like the "runt" of the family this year. | |
