If you fall into a pool of water & don't know how to swim there's a good chance you will drown. Maybe we should ban water as well.

As Ron..NEIL..10/48 said, it's a training video. If you don't want to use AA that's your choice. Myself, I'll continue to use it, a lot cheaper than any other form of nitrogen I have found & gives me better results to boot.
