http://www.buckleybrosinc.com/ Our little elevator went to 6.30 July contract and that is unheard of here. Do you guys think the demand finally squeezed the supply so hard that we are in a new era of ag prices? I really think it has. Started last fall with the high prices in corn. Anyone who didn't forward contract made out near the top. I know trade, dollar and other things are contributing but if our suppliers are charging this much for inputs, I do think we are in a new era of commodity prices. The old timers are fearful and I don't blame them. No crystal ball in this situation! Ed Winkle |
