Martinsville, Ohio | Your math looks good and most of my fields are missing 100,000 plants so you can see where that adds up in a hurry. Flex ears make up for some loss but the more plants we loose the less corn we have and most areas I have seen and heard about lost a lot plants in May.
Right there makes a good case for the "we can't produce 166 bu per acre in the US this year" camp.
