west central illinois | I really do not know about the changes for sure,it is going on the combine my uncle runs so he made the trade and he really did not say what all had changed. He was using a 06 1020 and we had nothing but trouble with it from day one,mine is an 01 and we had less trouble with it so I do not know if trading up on the 1020 would be any better for you. He was having a lot of trouble with it dragging up when it got just a little damp outside like morning and early evening where mine doesn't, we tried everything to fix it from changing the pitch on the feeder house, releveling it and trying to adjust the head itself with no luck. we even switched heads one day and I had trouble with it and he had no trouble with mine so I know it was in the head somewhere.I'm excited to see if the 3020 is better than the 1020 or 2020. | |
