West Ky | That is about how dirty our corn was this year due to the drought. everytime you had to empty the bin you had to stop and whip the windshield with a rag so you can see through it. We had quit a bit of beans last year that had a 14 inch rain on them. Needless to say the water was several feet above the beans and that was as dirty as I've ever seen you could combine a bit then had to sit awhile for a wind to blow some of the dust away so you can see where you were going. Sometimes you would be off 30ft or more and would have to back up to get back on track of where you should be. I never want to do that again. Spent to telling how much time picking up trash and tires and such that come from the nearby town that had the flood waters come through. | |
