SE Minnesota | My dad and I were having a discussion a while back about buying a piece of ground that was going to be coming up on an auction that wasn't real far from some other stuff that we farm, and his comment was there isn't really a good time to buy land but there isn't really a bad time to buy land either. My uncle always had a different view on it, he has told me that if you can make it work even if it is very tight, do it because land is one of the best investments you can make | |
