SW Ontario | Why would the metal detector slow things down?
I would NEVER run a machine without it after removing the amount of wire etc out of the crop.
A 3970 is not a huge machine, but if you ran the same 200 hp tractor on them I will bet you will do more in a day with the Deere.
Now if hp is not limiting...not the same result.
By the way, make sure the deere has the cantilevered auger...that is a must...especially haylage. | |
