I was just wondering if you had forward contracts or hta's ect..... If you have a hedge and some storage than I would think you should be able to gain .35 at a min. in carry to July and also .30-.50 in basis depending on your local market. If that was the case than you could be looking at some 3.00 corn. Considering my marketing plain a few years ago I would be happy with that. Not to mention we kinda thought that we may have been getting a ldp payment and some counter cyclical payments. I guess that the marketing plain worked but who woulda thought right. It would be nice to be able to out guess the market but if I could I might not be on ag talk I may be on a beach some where !!

Just a thought from a young farmer who is trying to keep his head up when he here's that no one else in my area sold till the high. LOL As a old farmer once told me "the first liar doesn't have a chance" (Dent Tobolski RIP)
